Tess (Theresa) Creamer, PA-C

Tess (Theresa) Creamer, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Connecticut Ear, Nose & Throat Associates, where she has been providing comprehensive ENT care since September 2022. She brings a strong clinical background, a patient-centered approach, and a unique foundation in nutrition and chronic disease management to her practice.

Tess earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Saint Joseph and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She also holds a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, with prior certification as a Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition. Her extensive education allows her to approach patient care with a well-rounded understanding of both medical and nutritional needs.

Before becoming a Physician Assistant, Tess spent more than a decade working as a clinical and ambulatory oncology dietitian within major healthcare systems, including Yale New Haven Health, UConn Health, and Montefiore Medical Center. Her experience includes managing complex medical conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting patients through treatment and recovery.
During her PA training, Tess completed diverse clinical rotations, including an elective in otolaryngology at Connecticut ENT, which further solidified her interest in the specialty. She is skilled in a wide range of clinical procedures and diagnostic techniques and is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Tess is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and remains dedicated to continuing education, community involvement, and improving patient outcomes.
