Dr. McKenna is a Connecticut native who grew up locally in South Windsor. She completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University before returning to her home state to attend the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She then completed her residency training in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont.
Dr. McKenna is delighted to return to Connecticut to practice in the community where she grew up. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and practices comprehensive otolaryngology. Her clinical interests span the full breadth of the specialty and include pediatric ENT, recurrent ear infections, tinnitus, hearing loss, tonsillitis, nasal congestion and obstruction, chronic sinusitis, postnasal drip, reflux, sleep apnea, primary hyperparathyroidism, thyroid nodules, neck masses, and oral lesions.
Outside of medicine, Dr. McKenna enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, skiing, traveling, and discovering new local restaurants and cuisine.
